You don’t have to fix or change yourself to begin. Sometimes the first step is simply showing up — just as you are. Together, we can make room for your thoughts and feelings, notice what matters to you, and explore how to move toward a life that feels more like yours.

How I can help you? image

I am a person-centred psychotherapist based in Southampton, supporting people through trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, and relationship difficulties. My focus is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard, understood, and begin to heal.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Person-Centred Psychotherapy and have further trained in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry and trauma-focused workshops. These approaches deepen my ability to explore how past experiences shape the present, and how compassion and self-understanding can create change.

In our work together, I will listen with empathy and respect, helping you reconnect with your own resilience and inner resources. A key part of this process is building self-compassion, especially when shame, guilt, or low self-worth are present.

I also recognise that difficulties often affect relationships and daily life. Part of my role is to help you navigate these dynamics and move toward healthier, more supportive connections. I remain committed to ongoing learning, regularly attending workshops and retreats to grow both personally and professionally
